About paying
What counts as a message?
Each thing you write to Ember in a chat. Telling it how today's step went, its check-ups, and looking back on a phase never count.
What happens when I reach 10 messages?
Ember tells you, and your free messages are back the next day. Your goals and daily checks keep working in between.
How do I cancel?
In Ember: the Ember tab → Manage Ember Plus → Cancel. You keep Plus until the end of the period you paid for, and you're not charged again.
Can I get my money back?
Yes, within 14 days of subscribing, for any reason: write to support@yourember.app and you get a full refund. The details are in the terms.
Who handles the payment?
Stripe, one of the world's largest payment companies. You pay on Stripe's own page; Ember never sees your card details.
